6 x 13 inch (16 x 33 cm) cotton fabric
11 inch square (28 cm) white felt
1 x 2 inch (2.5 x 5 cm) red felt
Black embroidery thread
One pair of 9 mm safety eyes (approx 3/8 inch) Hobby fill
