Where areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. We use Australia Post services for our deliveries and all deliveries are dispatched within 3 to 5 days of purchase if the product is in stock. You will be advised if the requested product is out of stock or in transit, with expected time of delivery.

Do you have a shop outlet where I can collect my order?

We operate as an online store and have a small retail outlet in Henty NSW. If you cannot visit in store you can securely buy from our secure eCommerce website and your items will be shipped to your preferred location using Australia Post shipping.

Do you have order tracking?

All orders are shipped Via Australia Post with tracking.. Please read Shipping policy for more details. 

What language are your patterns in?

All Patterns are printed in English. We do not offer translations.

What format are patterns sent in?

Patterns are hard copy and sent via Australia Post  Patterns are not available in pdf. format.
